FAQ, Policies & Statements

  • I understand and agree that in participating in classes, workshops, playgroups, open play and/or other related activities at Brilliant Baby & Beyond, LLC that there are inherent risks of possible physical injury, including but not limited to, the risks associated with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). I certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems, which preclude me or my child (s) participation in the Brilliant Baby & Beyond programs. I acknowledge that I have read Brilliant Baby & Beyond’s Covid-19 preparations statement and am familiar with the precautions being taken. Notwithstanding the risks associated with COVID-19, I, for myself and in my legal capacity as parent/guardian for my minor child(ren), hereby voluntarily choose to participate in classes, workshops, playgroups, massages and related activities at Brilliant Baby & Beyond, LLC and hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Brilliant Baby & Beyond, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, staff members, volunteers, assistants, independent contractors and representatives from any liability related to COVID-19 which may occur as a result of participation. I, for myself and in my legal capacity as parent/guardian for my minor child(ren) voluntarily agree to assume the full risk and responsibility of illness, injury, damage or loss and agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless, Brilliant Baby & Beyond, LLC., its owners, officers, employees, staff members, volunteers, assistants, independent contractors and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, adverse reactions from food, damages, property damage, loss or injury (including attorneys’ fees and costs) which result from or arise out of, directly or indirectly, participation in classes, workshops, playgroups, massages or related activities conducted by or at Brilliant Baby & Beyond, LLC.

    I HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THE ABOVE LIABILITY WAIVER, RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION and hereby waive any right to a jury trial of any dispute arising in connection with this waiver.

  • I understand that my child may be photographed during classes at Brilliant Baby & Beyond. I understand that these photographs may be used on social media (Facebook & Instagram) to promote the business and class activities. In addition, there will be no payment for me or my child’s participation in this release.

    I understand that it is my responsibility to contact info@brilliant-baby.com in the event that I no longer wish to authorize the above uses.

    I agree that this form will remain in effect during the term of my child’s enrollment.

  • Does your child have an allergy or sensitivity? Classes in our facilities may sometimes involve edible products. If your child suffers from an allergy or sensitivity to food products, chemicals, or materials, etc — no matter how mild or severe — please acknowledge that Brilliant Baby & Beyond will not be held responsible or liable. We are committed to making sure every child and caretaker is safe in our facility, so we ask that you take all necessary precautions. Thank you!

  • If you or your child has the sniffles/cough/sneezing/sick, for the protection of the other children, please stay home.

    Please provide 24 hour notice. Approved cancellations will be given the opportunity to make up the class during that session or the next session. Make up classes are limited to 2 per session.  If you are a no-show for your make-up, you may not schedule another one. Make-ups can be in a different type of class – this is a nice way to try something different!

  • Approved cancellations will be given a credit to use towards another class during that session or the very next session. Make up classes are limited to 2 per session.   • Please wear appropriate clothing for our classes. You may be sitting on the floor and your child may get “messy”.

    SIBLINGS

    BABIES are welcome to come with you to their big brother or sisters class as long as they are in a baby carrier.

    GUESTS

    Children are permitted to bring one extra adult (Additional $5) with them during a class as long as there are not too many guests coming on that day!  Please call or text us when you would like to bring a guest with you!

  • COVID

    ** 2/2/23 UPDATE **

    We are following the CDC guidelines and masks are now optional.

                                 Thank you for being loyal customers at Brilliant Baby & Beyond during the pandemic.  It is much appreciated!  

    Due to COVID-19 we are increasing the frequency of our cleaning schedule. The entire Brilliant Baby & Beyond Team have been trained to maintain a clean and safe gathering place.  

    • Temperatures are no longer taken.

    • Staff will no longer wear masks.

    • Masks are no longer required but an adult who appears to have allergy or cold symptoms, will be given a mask to wear.  

    Cleaning and Sanitizing Procedures:

    • Wipe and sanitize all equipment used in the classroom and toys after each class, using a Clorox solution.

      • Disinfectant used kills 99.9% of viruses and bacteria. Kills over 100 illness causing germs including cold and flu viruses.

    • Wipe & sanitize all furniture, tables, chairs, parents waiting area, the children’s fun zone and the boutique area,

    • Disinfect all surfaces in contact with guests.

    • Hand sanitizer is located throughout the facility.

    Keep you and your family safe by:

    • Wearing a mask to cover your mouth and nose when close to others.

    • Stay 6 feet away from other people, when possible.

    • Avoid contact with others who may be sick.

    • Avoid touching your nose, mouth, and eyes.

    • Stay at home if you feel sick.

    • Cover your sneeze or cough with a tissue then discard immediately.

    • Wash your hands with soap & water for at least 20 seconds (while singing the Happy Birthday Song 2 times) immediately after using the restroom, coughing, blowing your nose or sneezing. In the event that soap and water is not immediately available use a hand sanitizer.
