Designed for the developing young woman, this series is led by yoga & mindfulness expert, Suzie Liggett, MS Ed., E-RYT, RCYT. It is sure to light up your tween’s life this summer! This is a safe space for cultivating inner growth and maturity, deep friendships, and emotional and physical strength!
Unplugged and tuned in, our sessions will begin with a theme discussion of important topics like peer pressure, stress and school, self-love, and much more. Classes will be filled with simple breathing techniques for balancing & energizing, gentle stretching to warm up the bodies, a variety of yoga poses for strength & flexibility, and relaxation techniques they can use on and off the mat. All abilities and levels of athleticism are welcome; no previous yoga experience is required!
